ccc6 is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed with funds forfeited.
ccc6 services are offered exclusively to individuals physically located and residing in the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one active ccc6 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, with promotional balances and pending withdrawals subject to review and potential cancellation.
ccc6 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. All disputes are subject to PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures in addition to ccc6's internal process.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ccc6 Operations ("ccc6," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ccc6.one. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ccc6 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms, together with ccc6's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and ccc6 with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.3 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any ccc6 service. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ccc6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
The ccc6 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are physically located within the Philippines at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. Access from outside the Philippines, or from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ccc6 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ccc6 reserves the right to merge accounts, close duplicate registrations, and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated through the duplicate account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccc6 login credentials. You must notify ccc6 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ccc6 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
4.1 ccc6 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal transactions. You may deposit and play without completing KYC, but withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory verification.
4.2 For KYC verification, you will be required to submit: (a) a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PhilHealth ID); (b) a recent selfie photograph holding your identification document; and (c) in some cases, proof of residential address dated within three months.
4.3 ccc6 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it is deemed necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within ten (10) business days may result in account suspension.
5.1 ccc6 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at ccc6's discretion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ccc6 does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ccc6 is not responsible.
5.3 All funds deposited to ccc6 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds to the originating payment account.
5.4 ccc6 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be conducted through approved electronic payment channels.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Players (KYC complete). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
6.2 Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya — same-day for verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — one to two business days; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Coins.ph) — within 24 hours.
6.3 VIP Players at Gold tier and above are entitled to priority withdrawal processing as described in the ccc6 VIP Program terms.
6.4 ccc6 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests. Where such checks are initiated, processing may be delayed by up to five (5) business days. ccc6 will notify the Player of any such delay via their registered email address.
6.5 Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus terms are published separately for each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.1 ccc6 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game restrictions, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 General Bonus Rules: (a) Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. (b) Wagering requirements must be met within the specified promotional validity period. (c) Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from wagering Bonus Funds through the required rollover become withdrawable. (d) ccc6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. (e) Abuse of promotional offers, including through coordinated or systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, constitutes grounds for forfeiture of bonus-related winnings and account closure.
8.1 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the ccc6 Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified figures.
8.2 Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio facilities. Game outcomes are determined in real time and cannot be influenced by ccc6 or by the Player after bets have been confirmed.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — ccc6's standard policy is to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed on that round to the Player's account. Where this is not technically possible, ccc6's support team will manually review and resolve the affected session.
8.4 Game results are final once confirmed. ccc6 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes where the relevant round has completed without a technical error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccc6 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
10.1 ccc6 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without advance notice, where it has reason to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account creates regulatory or legal risk for ccc6.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, ccc6 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and to apply reasonable deductions to Real Money Funds to offset losses caused by the breach.
10.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., ccc6 ceasing to offer services in the Philippines), ccc6 will return all verified Real Money Funds to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
10.4 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ccc6 support. Any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
11.1 ccc6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment and should remain enjoyable. ccc6 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and voluntary self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for a minimum period of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not register a new ccc6 account and any attempt to do so will be blocked. ccc6 will not send marketing communications to Players under self-exclusion.
11.3 ccc6 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Player may be at risk of gambling-related harm, including where a Player has made repeated requests to reverse self-imposed limits.

12.1 All content on the ccc6 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game content, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of ccc6 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ccc6 intellectual property without prior written authorization from ccc6.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ccc6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 ccc6 is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; (c) technical malfunctions caused by the Player's device, browser, or internet connection; (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to log out from a shared device; or (e) third-party payment processing delays beyond ccc6's reasonable control.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits ccc6's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 ccc6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ccc6 Privacy Policy.
14.2 A complete description of the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights is available in the ccc6 Privacy Policy.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ccc6's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ccc6 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
15.3 Where ccc6's internal process fails to resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. The decision of PAGCOR on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding on both parties.
15.4 For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
16.1 ccc6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or an in-Platform notice at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall apply to that dispute.
